We tend to feel invisible and even irrelevant as we age. But there are many ways we can find relevance from within. We can help ourselves stay relevant by learning new things and being open to change and growth. And then sometimes you need to lean into the fact that youngsters may not want your input and respect that and not take it personal. We dive into the importance of sharing our fears with others and how empowering and healing that can be. Eddi says that she has stretched out of her comfort zone by sharing her life on this podcast on a personal level and she is actually enjoying it.
