More Doesn't Mean Better

This week we talk about the concept of "More Doesn't Mean Better". In our training it's often very easy to think that we need to do "more" in order to progress. Whether thats more volume in training, more time in the gym, or more weight on the bar. We talk about how this may not always be the best strategy, and that making the most of your time in the gym, and how focusing on other elements rather than just getting in "more" will benefit you and help you progress. We also have a surprise guest who joins in with the party about half way through.
