In this episode, we welcomed back to the studio Prof. Robyn Jones (Cardiff Metropolitan University) and Dr. Charlie Corsby (Cardiff Metropolitan University). In this episode we discussed their article on sustainability in coaching, that both of our guests authored with Dr. Andy Lane. During the episode, the origins of this study, focus on coaches' everyday practice and other pressures that might render the coaching profession unsustainable were insightfully discussed.
