Creating a personal brand without getting our worth and identity wrapped up in our business can be challenging.
How do we navigate business or creating work in the world and separating our worth from our work? It requires looking at your business through a different lens and doing the work on yourself to become a leader and business owner.
The best thing we can do for ourselves is to learn how to be CEO’s (and not CE-Me’s) of our brand, business, and the products and services we produce to solve problems for our clients and customers. This also requires personal growth and being able to clearly separate our worth as human beings from our role as a business owner or creator.
In this episode, we’ll talk about some of the pitfalls that we experience as entrepreneurs, from our first $5 to $500,000, and how to avoid them so we can continue to grow and build a profitable enterprise that is designed to serve our people.
You’ll learn how to think like a CEO, problem-solve with my PHA method, and what to do to make sure that you’re always growing your self-worth and confidence alongside your business’s growth.
