Today we’re talking with Kelsey Silver, founder and CEO of The Neurospicy CEO, about decision fatigue. Decision fatigue is when your environment has created a space where every decision takes so much energy out of you that you no longer have the energy to make that next decision. (Like, what’s for dinner?) Kelsey and I talk through different strategies for coping with decision fatigue, and ways to streamline your decisions. Because the more you eliminate decisions in your life, the more space and spoons you will have for the decisions that not only matter, but also feed you, and get you excited.
