Have you ever noticed how confident people appear to have so much energy? And how lacking confidence can mean that generally, or after a specific event or situation, you are left feeling exhausted?

This episode digs a little deeper into how being confident and certain allows us to do the things that give us energy and also to not do the things that deplete our energy. And when we are confident, we are more able to manage our stress, we are more resilient and we are much more able to get the results that we want.
