So.... the Laurenjean Show is merging with the Passion to Pod podcast because Laurenjean, that's me, needs to take a chill pill but still wants to do it all!

How my podcasting journey has increased my confidence: from a lost recently divorced single mom with no self esteem with a 50 hour a week job to lost health coach and now podcaster with MAJOR self confidence and now teaching others they can do the same.

structuring your show/interview
- Following a script....i don't reccommend because it doesn't feel real to me, I've done it
- bullet points—speak on important point and go with da flow
- say what comes to min—more conversational with a topic
