Which are the cash flow and the ability to grow and/or pay vendors & bills. So, what’s the solution here? Let’s take a step back. Many Recruitment / Business Owners or senior recruiters even those in search started a relationship with the clients and at most is a partner. You are even more likely a servant in that relationship. Now, remember. What that client wants is a delivery of a value candidate. This is about exchanging value. If you are the price of this market, you’ve got the best candidates on this market, you’ve got a relationship with these candidates in the market. The candidate sees you as a leader in this market. If you for the best candidates and that candidate is with you, then that client will want to exclusively work with you. When the timeline issue hit, maybe on the first time you do it you might need to suck it up. However, if you’ve got what we call a Client Attainment System that overcomes all the objections your client has. Objections, why they have to choose you.
