◦2 TBSP rice wine
◦2 TSP minced ginger
◦1 TSP fine sea salt
◦½ TSP ground black pepper
◦1 cup potato/corn starch
◦Oil for cooking
Korean Fried Chicken Sauce
◦3 TBSP Ketchup
◦2 TBSP Gochujang (Korean chili paste)
◦ ¼ cup honey
◦¼ cup brown sugar
◦2 TBSP soy sauce
◦2 TBSP minced garlic
◦1 TBSP sesame oil
