Mindfulness and Meditation are two very hot topics in todays self-help and emotional healing cultures. What is the difference? How do they relate?
In this episode of The Hidden Healing Podcast, I will share what I have found to be the answer to these questions. Although, I am relatively new to meditation, with only a couple of years under my belt, I will share what I know about Mindfulness Meditation.
I will also answer these question:
What if I can't meditate?
What if I can't do breathing meditation?
How does Mindful Meditation differ for women with Complex-PTSD?
What if I do it and mediation doesn't work for me?
When I started mediation was so hard. I believed I just couldn't do it. I feel like I broke the code and am very excited to share what I learned so you too, can have this tool of Mindfulness Meditation for your emotional healing process and tool bag.
I have no affiliation with these apps but have found this to be a nice place to start with mindfulness meditation. Please use your own judgement with the meditation on these apps.
