After learning so much this week from the ever wise and awesome midwife Chavah Meira BenZion this week, I was inspired to think deeply about healing. Why does our body react the way it does during the postpartum time period? What is the purpose of it?
It was exciting to realize the awesome ways that Hashem designed our bodies and how we can honor ourselves and relax into that design during this most sensitive time.
