If you’re a busy mom, you might feel like you don’t have enough time in the day to get a full 60-minute workout in. I get it. I don’t have that kind of time either. There’s so many other big things to do as a busy mom.

BUT I have a solution for you today. I’m sharing simple exercises that fit seamlessly into your daily routine. From brushing your teeth to sitting at a red light, I have exercises that will get your heart rate going.

I don't want you to resort to the, "I'm too busy. I can't work out." Because you can. And you will. If you think that you are a fit mom, then you will become a fit mom. So say it with me. “I am a fit mom!”
