This week, we are live from Starlight Distillery and Huber Winery, in Southern Indiana. We run through an incredible line of bourbons with a great lineup of guests. To begin the show, we welcome Ted Huber, owner of Starlight Distillery and Huber Winery to discuss the history of the farm and business. Next, we welcome his son, Christian Huber to discuss the present state of the business. His brother, Blake, joins us next to talk science and technology of the distilling process at Starlight. Finally, we are joined by Spirits Program Director, Andrew Jerdonek, to explore the dos and donts of single barrel selection.
