Carly Faye Loewenthal is a master level NLP certified Life Coach, and a Functional Diagnostic Nutrition Practitioner. In this episode we explore the many different ways our thoughts, beliefs and emotions influence our physical health. It's so common that we focus so much on the strategies, the nutrition, the supplements, the exercise and sleep and all the "doings", but we often miss making sure our internal and mind space are in alignment with the health and healing that we want. Carly runs a brain-based, trauma informed business where she takes her clients on a transformational journey to reclaim the personal power hidden in their layers of symptoms, to unlock a future of endless possibilities as they level-up on the other side. Carly specializes in supporting women who struggle with disordered eating, and uses a variety of support tools like functional lab testing, subconscious reprogramming, and personalized coaching. She is also certified as a master in NLP, Quantum Time Techniques & hypnosis, and holds a Master of Science in Education with 12+ years of experience as an educator.
