Jen Marie Cliff with JMC Healing & Wellness Academy is presenting her first solo episode with a special guided meditation with drumming called VISION QUEST.
Starting this April 2021, she is opening her studio classes to the public for a unique experience focusing on stress/anxiety reduction, inner peace, and deep spiritual connection with the Spirit World.
This episode is an introduction to her studio class. Before an individual "travels" they must properly prepare by powering up with practical techniques through grounding, energizing, and breathing to up-level and maintain at a certain high vibration during quests.
VISION QUESTS is an ancient technique to connect with Spirit on a deep level. You will learn much about yourself, your current situation, the Universe, and your Spirit Guides.

​Build resiliency through the art of questing, otherwise known as journeying. In the past, this was reserved for spiritual leaders to access vital information to support the survival of the tribe. Today, it is believed that anyone can use this method to empower their life. By journeying, you will:

• Connect with your Higher Self - your spirit self
• Spirit Travel to other Worlds
• Connect/Communication with your specific Spirit Guides, Ancestors, and Angels
• Receive healing, cleansing, and balancing on an energetic level - which then positively supports you physically, mentally, emotionally, and spiritually
• Learn energetic protection techniques
• Learn to energize by borrowing the Sun, Moon, and the Earth energies
• Reduce stress and anxiety

The goal is to take these practical techniques, use them frequently to transform and transcend past your daily challenges.
