In this episode, I go through the power of acceptance.
Many times people think my life has always been this positive and easy.
However, I've gone through a lot of pain in my life where my only option was to learn to accept who I really am and what I want out of this life. Then to learn to accept that not everyone in my life can stay or wants to experience the same things in life as I do. In this episode, I walk you through how to manage to accept who you are and who other people are so instead of feeling resentful, pain, and heartbreak you feel empowered, free, and have faith that the best is always yet to come!
We end this episode with a beautiful acceptance meditation.

Many times people think my life has always been this positive and easy.
However, I've gone through a lot of pain in my life where my only option was to learn to accept who I really am and what I want out of this life. Then to learn to accept that not everyone in my life can stay or wants to experience the same things in life as I do. In this episode, I walk you through how to manage to accept who you are and who other people are so instead of feeling resentful, pain, and heartbreak you feel empowered, free, and have faith that the best is always yet to come!
