Sarah Swallow (she/her) is an adventure cyclist, organizer, route developer, and advocate. As a representative for the sport, she shares the knowledge she gains from her experiences and promotes cycling as a positive tool for well-being, community connection, and relating to the natural landscapes we travel through.
