Do you feel guilty at the idea of ordering take out again? It can be a struggle to get healthy food on the table. As busy moms it’s easy to get in a rut or to throw up our hands at the end of the day. How many times are you deep into a project and finally finish up to realize it’s time for dinner and you have no clue what you’re cooking? You open the fridge, but everything seems like too much effort, so you just order DoorDash for the 3rd time that week. Or you bring kids home from a long afternoon of sports practice to walk in the door and try to start dinner. It can be overwhelming to get dinner on the table…it’s not like Covid anymore when all activities stopped and we were stranded at home. So how do we consistently get dinner on the table without feeling overwhelmed? In this episode we will talk about three easy tips to make meal planning easier for busy moms.
