I have re-introduced myself and the reasons for why I want to keep working on this podcast.
Your survivorship starts the day of your diagnosis. Being told you have cancer is life altering experience. Though, you may have completed surgery, chemotherapy and radiation, you may have lingering side-effects that continue for sometime.
This is the first episode of the series, "Finding your New Normal"- "Fear of recurrence". I will talk about the triggers, when you should seek help and strategies to tackle it. After listening to this episode, I hope you will feel empowered to take some control back.
