Stacy is a fighter. She talks about addiction, weight gain and the loss of her father. This is also the first time she tells her story of the sexual harassment she endured while being the only woman in a union job. There are layers to unpack in her life story, but she is willing to be transparent so she can help other women who may be struggling. Now she is a Personal Trainer & Nutrition Coach, and every day she is living her dream, after she took charge of her life and found her worth in this world.
She is truly a force to be reckoned with, and her heart is beautiful and she is in love with living her best life.
She is a testament to what we can accomplish when we are brave, and we truly have goals that are important to our wellbeing.
