It’s hard to believe Cooper Chapman is only 26 years old, as he has a maturity and understanding of the mental health space well beyond those years . Covid may have slowed down his pro surfing career, but it allowed him to shift his focus to The Good Human factory, whose mission is to inspire others to be aware of, and take better care of their mental health. He gives an amazing insight to the tools he has, and shares with others, to deal with adversity, through his workshops, and his own podcast, “Good Humans, with Cooper Chapman”.
