Whether you've been away this year, or have spent your summer in your own garden or local park, it's often a time when we stop and consider our lives and what we want just like we do over Christmas and New Year's holiday. And as such September feels like the other New Year - a chance for a fresh start.

Are you clear about what you want, and what you need to do to get where you want to be? Are you taking action?

The main thing is to keep taking action and to keep moving forward. Make sure that your main goal is broken down into monthly and weekly goals, so that you can't keep putting off action. Tell other people what it is that you're trying to achieve, and be clear about what you need from them. Be intentional and take action.
