Erika White (she/her) is currently the Diversity and Inclusion Manager for the Pennsylvania Convention Center, an ASM Global Managed facility. Prior to working at the convention center, Erika worked in Diversity and Inclusion at a law firm and she currently sits on the Shipley School Alunmi Council as the Chair of the Diversity and Inclusion Committee. During our time together, Erika reflected on one of her recent Supplier Diversity initiatives and she shared how being intentional about Supplier Diversity is an important way to further communities of color.
