For over four decades, Lisa has worked with individuals and companies to create lives of presence and purpose. She earned a BA from Stanford University and an MBA from Duke.
Lisa is a Transcendental Meditation Sidha, attended the Monroe Institute for the exploration of expanded states of consciousness, and studied imagery and dream reading at the American Institute for Mental Imagery for 15 years with noted author and teacher of Western spirituality, Dr. Gerald Epstein.
In our conversation, we discuss her new book, “All the Time in the World: Learn to Control Your Experience of Time to Live a Life Without Limitations”.
Topics include the physical and perceptual properties of time, the relationship between quantum physics and consciousness, and accessible strategies we can all use to intentionally slow down the passage of time and enter “the zone.”
