Brian and Martin show us another example of men helping men as the guys talk about Brian’s current family trip. He travelled across the country with his mother and kids to visit his brother and it hasn’t been the nice, relaxing vacation he expected. He explains the pitfalls of being a parent with mental health obstacles and how certain issues can easily put him in a place of self-isolation, making it hard for him to be the “family guy” that he wants to be. A great episode for parents and their kids.
