IQ is not the most important component for success. Instead, these three factors are considered to be much more important than intelligence in determining success:

1. Self-confidence
2. Goal setting
3. Perseverance.

And individual’s self esteem, or your self-confidence, is basically what he or she thinks about himself or herself. The first type of self is the ideal self. This is the type of person that you want to become. The second type of self is the actual self. This is who you really are as a person. The third type of self is the perceived self. This is how you view yourself or who you think you are. Environment is the key to building self confidence. Positive thinking and affirmations only do not work !

Ways to lower your confidence:

  • Lies
  • Not doing what you said you would do,
  • Not commiting to your daily goals,
  • Not being physically active,
  • Not challanging yourself,
  • Not being honest about your feelings,
  • Doing what others want you to do instead of listning to your own voice

Ways to Increase Confidence:

  • Stack small victories
  • Admit your wrongs
  • Ask for help and dont care what people think about themPhysical Activity
  • Nutrition, Reading
  • Learning
  • Waking up early
  • Commiting to a goal and following thru no matter what
  • Gratitude
  • Giving to others
  • Educating others by your actions not words
  • Taking risks
  • Facing your fears
  • Overcoming your weakness
