While preparing two new sermons for y'all that require a bit of research and structuring, here is an episode covering how the Ukrainian War (and all wars) has affected some people's faith. While many have turned away from God in wake of the war, blaming Him for the evil in the world, some, like Aleksa Aishpur, grew closer to God as the war went on.
In her new book, Home, Aleksa shares her journey and conversation with God during the beginning of the Ukrainian War, and her following travels. In it, she shares the importance of the value of that which is not tangible, and how home is not about a place, but rather, the people and God.
