Dans ce dernier épisode, le réalisateur Sylvain Lumbroso présente des extraits inédits d’entrevues réalisées avec différents intervenants de la série. Gérard Tremblay souligne le rôle crucial joué par le docteur Jean Larochelle dans la lutte contre la tyrosinémie, tandis que sa fille Janick Tremblay insiste quant à elle sur le grand rôle joué par les patients. De son côté, le comédien Marcel Sabourin raconte avoir été profondément touché par l’histoire des maladies génétiques au Québec. « [Être] porteur, sans le savoir, de choses épouvantables, ça, c’est plus que dramatique.
