Run Grateful is on a mission to help everyone experience at least one grateful mile in their lifetime and believes that if we can MOVE, CONNECT + REFLECT daily we give ourselves the best opportunity to navigate life, be open to what comes and have a framework to support our next steps.
Mark shares his own powerful and inspirational story of drug rehabilitation, being introduced to the practise of gratitude and how a throwaway comment from a friend shifted his entire relationship with movement, ultimately changing his life.
