Within us we hold potential, a vastness within. Our very DNA holds a connection to our ancestors, it has been passed on from generation to generation from the beginning of time. You are expressing the highest version of you and your family in this moment.
Vastness is a guided meditation you can use to reflect on what vastness means to you, or the connections you hold to your family, both past and future. You hold wisdom from all of the previous generations and the power of transformation and transcendence is within you.
