Today’s guest is a good friend of mine, Michelle Lennon. Michelle kindly agreed to be a guest on my show as I was really interested to hear more about the influences of food in her life. With her father in the RAF on different postings, she spent part of her childhood in Malta and Germany before moving as an adult to be based outside Swindon. Michelle became vegetarian so we discuss the importance of taking care of the diet to obtain certain nutrients.
