Today I welcome to the show a fellow Podcast Host Andrew Fulford of the Enthuse Life Podcast, : A Podcast “guided by his untamed enthusiasm for life - sharing stories of guests who are forward thinking, inspiring, passionate in spirituality, wellness and adventure, campaigning and entrepreneurship” and of course a passion for endurance. Basically all of my favourite things!

Andrew is of course another runner, a newbie runner as he has called himself before.

Andrew recently undertook an epic challenge: the Home Ultra Treadmill - HUT85k as it became known. Andrew was due to run the Madeira Island Ultramarathon the other weekend, but the event was of course cancelled - given that Andrew felt fit and training had gone so well, he wanted to put his hard work and good fitness to the test.

He ran the 85 km all on his treadmill at home in his lounge - all to raise vital funds for the Running Charity.
