Hi lover girls, it’s me again. In today’s episode I want to show what emotionally dependent/ reactive traits are and how you may not be aware of them and tools for moving into a secure/proactive state. I give my experiences and challenge your perception of the way you may be viewing things. (It may be triggering towards the end) Everything in this episode is a chance to take back your power and own more of yourself & the power of pausing. When you own yourself you’re able to choose the life you want instead of living in a scripted role. The power of choice is in you, but first we need recognize we’re giving our power away.
