To commemorate the 50th episode of the Mostly Yoga Podcast, I thought I'd run through some of the lessons I've learned over the past few years that have helped me out a lot in shaping who I am. Expect to learn about the importance of being authentic, honouring your truth, acknowledging the shadow and going to the gym.
