Mindful Kilos is a safe place for those seeking to improve their mental and physical health. It’s a community around fitness and meditation to help improve the quality of life. I believe healing the mind and body is imperative in building a stronger, healthier generation. Mindful Kilos takes a holistic approach to overall health by strengthening the mind and body through meditation and fitness. I believe living a truly healthy and happy life requires healing and strengthening the mind and body. Mental health is a taboo topic, even in 2021 and Mindful Kilos is a safe-transparent space to talk about mental health and a place to share resources to help others who are struggling. There’s a lot of troubling events happening in the world and it’s critical to create a space that spreads love, compassion, acceptance, and patience. Strength training not only strengthens the body but also helps build self-esteem and confidence because it provides data of progression and success. It will help you shatter physical boundaries caused by your mind and body elevating your power. Meditation is a mental training tool that allows you freedom from overwhelming thoughts and emotions. It will help you learn how to be intimate with yourself by diving into your emotions and thoughts with curiosity and non-judgement. Meditation is a portal in which you enter, to reveal your deep desires and passions. It will help you discover your strengths and goals, so you can create the life you envision.
