How many times does your care plan consist of "Refer to social work" and what happens after that? What is the big difference between nurses and doctors anyway? Is the hierarchy a thing of the past? This episode we take a moment to have two interviews with our social work and nursing colleagues to gain a bit of a better understanding of their training, scope, and how their work intersects with ours.
