25:00 – The foundation of IZOD is in the definition, it stands for "In The Zone On Demand". Because most of us have experienced being in the zone, but for most of us, it was by chance.

28:00 – When you're in control, there is no stress, there is no worry, there is no fear, that just all goes away. So purpose and then taking control, having a plan, surrounding yourself with the right people, getting out of their comfort zone, those types of things. Then biohacking, upgrading that body, that mind, and that's how we get into the zone. Ultimately, what I do with my clients is we create that scripted life. It becomes a set of power routines, like I have a morning power routine, evening power routine, a dream routine, and a health routine or a biohacking routine.

My superpower is that I really am helping people unleash their superpower, and I know how to do that, because, again, all of people are not awake, right? They're just living a life, but not their life. So we need to wake them up. We need to see what their passion is and unleash your superpowers, not just step into it, because the world, quite frankly, needs all of our superpowers right now. It's for people to really start using their common sense.

We've been told so many things. There's so much propaganda out there, but just step back and go deep inside of yourself and learn some basics. We didn't talk about those because there's so many things we can talk about, but there's so many fundamentals that don't cost any money to upgrade that body and that mind of yours. It's usually only when we dare to get out of that comfort zone that that's where we find purpose out of our comfort zone, that's where we grow, that's where we can become extraordinary and unleash your superpowers. So take that moment, look in the mirror, and ask yourself if you're living their passion. When you get up in the morning and ask yourself honestly if you're living that purpose. If not, please do something about it. It's never too late. If you don't know how to, just seek out some help and some guidance, and we'll push you in the right direction.
