In this episode of the Legacy Podcast, I had the pleasure of chatting with Dania Assaly, a freestyle ski coach based in Squamish, BC. Dania's journey is truly inspiring—she transitioned from being a professional skier, competing in slopestyle and halfpipe, to becoming a coach focused on strength and injury prevention for skiers.

We dove deep into the evolution of training philosophies in freestyle skiing, discussing how critical unilateral training, power movements, and functional exercises are for athletes.
