In this episode, John talks about why values are extremely important in business. After all, these are the things that will drive your business forward.
There are many times in life, both in business and in your personal life, when a lot of things come down to our values. In business, recruiting is an important time to make sure the applicant has the same values as you and your business.
John’s business value is simple…’Be Better’. Short, straight to the point and more importantly exactly what John wants and needs from people. One of many good tips that John provides is to not have too many values. Between 1 and 3 is good.
