"Your beauty should not come from outward adornment, such as elaborate hairstyles and the wearing of gold jewelry or fine clothes. Rather, it should be that of your inner self, the unfading beauty of a gentle and quiet spirit, which is of great worth in God’s sight." 1 Peter 3: 3-4
Is your fire for the Lord something that draws the hearts of others toward communion with him? We often get caught up in the determination to pass on our faith to those that we love, that our “accomplishment” of this goal can mistakenly become our focus. We can lose sight of the fact that simply loving the people in front of us is our faith alive, a faith that draws others to the heart of Christ.
