Jayne Jones joins Iron Ian to discuss her entry into powerlifting while attending college. How this facilitated her meeting new friends and opening up the door to many opportunities. Jayne speaks on how much getting to wear the Team Eire singlet meant to her, and how important the sport is to her. Jayne discusses jumping at the opportunity to work with Eleiko and moving country. While all this was going on, she completed her internship with The Strength Guys, and now also works with their team as a Performance Nutrition Coach.
