As we go through our life and we come into times where we can get emotions. When we are in times like the holidays we can get topped with alot like grief.
Grief is an emotion/story that is not easy some moments to find a way through.
I want you to know I can deeply understand these moments. I too deal with these times as I walk with life too!
On today's show I will talk about negotiating the holidays, emotions and what comes along with that even grief. I will Talk about how we can be Thankful and more in these moments can be helpful.
