Dr. Gregg Nelson is Professor and Chair of Gynecologic Oncology at the University of Calgary, in Calgary, Canada. He is the Physician Lead for ERAS Alberta and is Co-Chair of Enhanced Recovery Canada.

- Largest meta-analysis of ERAS randomized clinical trials finds hospital length of stay decreased by 1.9 days overall and risk of complications decreased by 29%, in favor of ERAS
