Today's topic is a tricky one ... We are talking about being estranged from someone you love or loved at Christmas. Missing that person or relationship during the festive period. Maybe you put the boundary up, maybe they did, it can still be a big wound that feels like it isn't able to heal. Deli has advice as always that is a Christmas gift in and of itself.
