It is an act of courage to get up and create something new, or put yourself above the parapet and be yourself. So when Elaine asked me if we could talk about courage in this, her very first podcast, I thought it was a fitting subject for sure. Join us as we examine what courage means to us, talk about rituals for self-care, and about some of the holistic modalities that Elaine works with. The take away from this episode for me really is that we just don't know the ripple effect we have in the world, and that we must continue to set our intention, be authentic, and have the courage to show up in the world.
About Elaine: Elaine is the custodian of Wicklow Holistic Centre and Rainbow Healing (Carlow). She has studied many healing modalities including Reiki, Shamanic Healing and Crystal Healing over the last 14 years, along with coaching with neuroscience. She believes that this, along with her life experience, has given her both a practical and heart centred approach to the work that she does. She doesn't like to describe herself as a healer because she feels that while people might leave feeling like healing has taken place after a session it is something they have achieved themselves with Elaine as a facilitator or “go-between”.
