Have you ever been personally victimized by the scale too? Same. I want to remind you though that the number on the scale is just data and doesn't determine who you are or how amazing you are. But, we are all also humans and weigh ourselves and sometimes feel not so great about ourselves. So today we're going to talk about a few factors of data to consider when stepping on the scale, but also 4 mindset habit hacks to help you as well!
