My guest this week is Rick Koenig.
Rick Koenig has worked his way back from a life that led to involvement in organized crime. A troubling and dangerous path that ultimately resulted in imprisonment alongside his father in the maximum-state security prisons of the Department of Corrections in New Jersey.
Rick is a 2nd Degree Black Belt who studied under The Gracie's. Rick has his Strength Sertified Gym in Branson, Mo and has been training for three decades. Rick recently started online training is ready and available to help you get focused with a better mindset, better nutrition, get you IN shape, and help you with personal growth and development.
