Female rivalry often occurs when a woman uses her power to keep undermining, mistreating, or unfairly competing with another woman. Unfortunately, as women, we often internalize these experiences and blame ourselves. In our patriarchal society, there has been a long history of internalized sexism that has led many women to see each other as competition. It’s time to break the cycle of women against women and embrace collaboration over competition instead!
