I met Matt Silvio at the Dallas Tough Mudder and he is a beast! I was shocked to find out he was vegan. This began a great conversation about his fitness, his diabetes, and his nerdiness. He was also a big fan of the movie WIllow, starring Val Kilmer. Enjoy the show!
