It can affect your relationships and performance at work and make you lose faith in yourself and others. But there are ways to overcome this complex feeling. In the sixth episode (in Arabic), I will talk about being let down and its profound impact on the psyche. I will give you some essential tools and tips to deal with disappointment healthily and positively.
